Emma Roberts is a beguiling actress who has a fair few genres tucked under her belt. From comedy to drama to thriller, Roberts is ranking up the movie business greatly. She is definitely very used to horror after appearing in television series America Horror Story.

She takes her talent for the supernatural even further in upcoming film The Blackcoat’s Daughter which has the most confusing plot ever.

The film revolves around Kat and Rose who are left alone during winter break when their parents mysteriously fail to pick them up. During their stay there, they become increasingly stalked by a malevolent being.  Then there is Joan, a troubled woman who is on her way, as fast as she can, to Kat and Rose’s school – Bramford.

The Blackcoat’s Daughter as been around for a film and the trailer is darkly interesting. What do you think?
