On a slow day at work, I’m sure I’m not the only person who occasionally daydreams about performing some form of heroic feat or saving the office from some sort of terrible horror (and I’m not talking about the time Ron managed to get his tie jammed in the printer. We’re still laughing about that one!) Of course, the reality is often very different to the fantasy, as the office workers in The Belko Experiment tragically find out.
The latest trailer eschews any lengthy expository details, and instead gets right down to the bloody tension and fighting between co-workers. The trailer also shows some descriptive choices from critics as well as selling the sense of tension that pervades throughout the film.
The dimly lit shots, which hide people’s faces, help sell the claustrophobic nature and the individual character’s motivation for what they have been asked to do.
The Belko Experiment looks like it will be one of the most gripping films to come out this year.
