“Yes, they let some women do some things at NASA, Mr Johnson. And it’s not because we wear skirts; it’s because we wear glasses”

This is a wonderful quote from the latest clip of Hidden Figures really stresses the whole point of this film.

The film revolves around brilliant mathematician Katherine Johnson who worked with Dorothy Vaughn and Mary Jackson as the man brains who sent John Glenn into space. On the ground, however, the ladies have to contend sexism and racism.

With Taraji P. Henson, Octavia Spencer, Janelle Monáe, Kirsten Dunst, Jim Parsons, Mahershala Ali, Aldis Hodge, Glen Powell and Kevin Costner, this is a star-studded cast with an excellent story behind it. What do you think?
