Cats are the best, OK?
Well, true, those fluffy tyrants are maniacal beasts who cause a ruckus everywhere they go because they simultaneously want all the affection AND to rule over you. They can be annoying but they are oh so brilliant at the same time. If you are lucky enough to have a cat curl in your lap and love you forever, then you are one lucky person!
But cats can save lives and that’s proven in brand new film A Streetcat Named Bob.
Based on the best-selling autobiographical book by James Bowen, the film revolves around Bowen’s struggles with addiction and his time spent on the streets, in shelters, and in support housing. However, one day he comes across a ginger friend named Bob. The pair soon find each other and help one another grow!
Starring Luke Treadaway and Joanne Froggatt, this looks like a tender and sweet story. Also, fun fact, Bob is played by himself in the majority of the film scenes. THE CAT PLAYS HIMSELF!
THAT’S THE REAL BOB!
